Current processing time for physical orders is approximately 3–5 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

5.1 Delivery

Digital products (video courses, masterclasses, guides) are delivered electronically via email, link, or through access to a Telegram channel.

5.2 Course Access

All courses are hosted and delivered through Telegram channels.

Access is provided after payment.

We are not responsible for your ability to use the Telegram app, including technical issues, login problems, regional restrictions, account blocking, or outages caused by Telegram or your device.

If necessary, we reserve the right to move course content to another platform.

Your access will remain according to the terms of your purchase.

5.3 Access Duration

Access may be lifetime or time-limited depending on the specific product purchased or the promotion used.

Promotional products may include reduced access duration.

5.4 No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access is delivered.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All videos, lessons, photos, designs, written materials, guides, and downloadable files are the exclusive property of JCandles.

When purchasing a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

any of our content without written permission.

Violation of this policy may result in removal from the course without refund and legal action.

7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

• usage limits

If promotional terms conflict with standard product terms, the promotional terms apply.

Participation in community spaces is not required to access the core course materials.

• delays or damages caused by shipping carriers

• lost or stolen packages

• inability to access course content due to user error

• any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JCandles from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

• your breach of these Terms

• your misuse of our products

• violations of law

• infringement of our intellectual property
